NRI have increased their investment in Indian real estate as the India’s new metropolitan is likely to develop in Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore. And other cities in NCR like Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Gaziabad, Faridabad etc. These are the new hub of the real estate. Because of the recession in US many NRI are not interested in purchasing property there, so they want to invest their money in the NCR region. Builders also feel that it’s the right time to cash investment opportunities in NCR and surrounding areas.
